Friendly Work Space Label 1 & 2, main modules

The Friendly Work Space Label 1 main module conveys how you can support a company in developing systematic WHM by means of the Friendly Work Space label. Using the Swiss WHM quality standards, you will learn to assess the WHM maturity level of companies and derive recommendations for action using an initial status report. An insight into the FWS Self-Assessment will enable you to further support companies in achieving the Friendly Work Space quality label, from preparation through to assessment.

Following the Friendly Work Space Label part 1 main module, participants are given a transfer task. In the Friendly Work Space Label 2 main module, the challenges and difficulties in implementing an initial status report are discussed and potential solutions developed.

FWS Job-Stress-Analysis 1 & 2, main modules

FWS Job-Stress-Analysis is a validated survey tool which, with little effort, gives a detailed overview of stressors, resources and employee health. This training gives you instructions on how to apply the tool so that you can point out risk factors to organisations at an early stage, thereby ensuring your client’s employees stay healthy and capable over the long term. As a transfer task, you will apply the tool and in part 2 you will learn how to correctly read and interpret the results in order to derive effective measures from them.
